Marc Chaifetz

President

Marc opened Management Recruiters of Chicago-Far West with his partner (and wife), Sherri Chaifetz. Management Recruiters of Chicago-Far West has quickly grown into one of the top, award-winning franchises in the Management Recruiters organization.

Marc came to Management Recruiters with 29 years of experience in corporate America. His management experiences include accounting, logistics, administration and human resources positions with Fortune 500 companies. The last 12 years of his corporate life were primarily spent leading human resources at a senior level. Marc’s experiences include extensive domestic and international staffing from entry level to senior management levels.

Marc is a native of Philadelphia and graduated from Penn State University. He transplanted to the Midwest more than 20 years ago, relocating for a job promotion.

Marc recruits executive positions within the manufacturing and service industries. Because of Marc’s strong business experience in the corporate world, as well as his extensive staffing experience, he provides value-added service through his advice and counsel.



Sherri Chaifetz

Vice President

Sherri is co-owner of Management Recruiters of Chicago-Far West, together with her husband, Marc. She had an outstanding and diverse 26-year work history before joining Management Recruiters, combining a Master’s degree in counseling and six years of professional counseling experience with 19 years owning her own retail store and business. As a generalist in manufacturing and consumer products, Sherri’s award-winning executive search talents have had major focus in the areas of marketing and sales, engineering, human resources and supply chain.

Sherri's vast experience and knowledge have given her a strong intuitive ability to surface on-target "A-player" candidates for her clients.

Sherri develops and maintains her many long-term client and candidate relationships with her warm and engaging communication style, tenacity, and excellent recruiting sense and expertise.  Her impressive amount of successful placements are the result. 

 

 

Farrell Chaifetz 
Account Executive

Farrell joins Management Recruiters with 30 years experience in sales and management consulting.  His broad background includes work in diverse industries, including manufacturing and retail.  Farrell has performed extensive consulting assignments working closely with senior engineering management.       

 

Farrell strives to build a strong rapport with his clients and has a proven track record of long term business relationships.  He is a quick study with outstanding interpersonal skills.  Farrell enjoys growing his knowledge of the engineering discipline and making sure clients get the right staffing solutions for their projects. 

 

Farrell is a Philadelphia native, attended Penn State University and enjoys golf and bowling.   

 

 

 

Elizabeth Hansen
Internet Researcher

 

Elizabeth came to Management Recruiters of Chicago-Far West shortly after graduating from Northern Illinois University with a degree in English.  She joined our team as an Office Manager in May 2006 and has recently moved into the role of Internet Researcher.

 

 

 

 

Cheri McManus 
Account Executive

Cheri joins Management Recruiters of Chicago-Far West with a mix of corporate and executive search experience.  She spent the first 15 years of her career in corporate Human Resources, holding both recruiting and HR generalist roles, and the last 6+ years as a search consultant in the HR arena. 

 

Cheri holds a M.A. from Northwestern University and is a Certified Facilitator for DDI’s Targeted Selection and Skills for an Empowered Workforce.

 

Cheri brings professionalism, creativity, and excellent relationship building skills to Management Recruiters.  She will continue to use her experience and skill to partner with top-tier HR candidates in their search for opportunities with superior companies and consult to superior companies in their search for top-tier HR candidates.   

 

 

 

Leisa Nevins

Office Manager

 

Leisa comes to Management Recruiters with over 7 years of experience as an Office Manager in the Transportation Industry.  A New England native she moved to the Midwest in 1999.

 

Leisa completed her Bachelor of Arts Degree majoring in Marketing at Plymouth State College, Plymouth NH.



Joe Oczak

Account Executive

Joe has spent the past eight years as a search consultant working with a variety of clients in diverse industries. The last ten years have been with Management Recruiters of Chicago-Far West. Joe brings over 30 years of corporate and consulting experience developing strategies to add talent and achieve organizational goals and successes.

His corporate experience includes over 25 years as a human resource professional in a variety of industries from the plant level to corporate headquarters. His experience encompasses all areas of human resources. Prior to becoming a full-time search consultant, Joe was Vice President of Human Resources and held other senior-level human resources positions for a number of manufacturing organizations.

Joe’s extensive search experience covers the full range of professional, technical, managerial, and executive-level positions. He has been responsible for large-scale staffing assignments of up to 150 people.

 



Jana Ratz, CSPC
Senior Project Coordinator

Jana has been on the Management Recruiters of Chicago-Far West team since August 2004. Her prior background was in management and human resources.

Jana has six years of experience in executive recruiting at the corporate level and brings this high degree of expertise to her clients. This background, coupled with her strong interpersonal abilities and enthusiasm, has given her extensive insight into successfully identifying and qualifying high-caliber candidates from all levels to fulfill the needs of clients in a variety of positions and industries.

Jana seeks an in-depth understanding of the client’s requirements and culture, and provides top talent with the right skills, expertise, and attitude. It is her mission to supply clients with the highest caliber candidates that will add immediate value to their organization.
